At Harney & Sons, we pride ourselves on the quality of our fine teas and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened tea products and unused teaware within 30 days of delivery.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all loose leaf tins or tea bags remain sealed to comply with food safety regulations.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Millerton, New York warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
